Butter Chicken

At Ghazal Fine-Dine Restaurant in Tamarack, our Butter Chicken is prepared the traditional North Indian way — chicken is first marinated overnight in yogurt, ginger, garlic and fragrant spices, then charred in the tandoor before being finished in a luxurious gravy of ripe tomatoes, single cream, butter, cashew paste and kasuri methi.

Served with fresh-baked naan or basmati pulao, our Butter Chicken is the dish our Edmonton guests order most — whether they are visiting for a date night, a celebratory family dinner or a relaxed weeknight in The Meadows.
