About Our Kunafa

Our kitchen bakes kunafa fresh, building layers of buttery kataifi pastry over a molten pocket of soft cheese until the top is lacquered in deep gold. It's served warm, drizzled with rose-cardamom syrup and crowned with crushed pistachio.
